Donations to Project 1 are generally non-refundable.
Requesting a refund
If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact Project 1 within 30 days of the transaction. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
How approved refunds are issued
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method when possible.
Receipts and tax deductibility
If a donation is refunded, any tax-deduction acknowledgment for that donation is no longer valid. Donors should consult a tax advisor about how a refund may affect their individual circumstances.
